In early June, representatives of Tata International came to Tsinghua University for an internship recruitment. Following two days of interviews, MBA students were offered internships in India for the summer. Those MBA students offered internships are both Chinese nationals and foreign students (including Korean, U.S., and Canadian citizenships). The program will allow students to not only understand the Indian economy, but links between both China and India.
This is the first year Tata has came to Tsinghua for recruitment. In 2006, the Tata Group recruited in Singapore and sent 26 MBA students to 10 Tata Companies across India, working on projects, while also given the opportunity to travel a decent amount.
