Tsinghua SEM has achieved AACSB and EQUIS accreditations respectively in 2007 and 2008, two of the most prestigious international accreditations of management education. Currently Tsinghua SEM is the first business school on the Chinese mainland with both AACSB and EQUIS accreditations.
Dean Qian Yingyi also serves on the AACSB Board of directors. He is the board's only member from Asia.
