Dr. Ingo Beyer von Morgenstern (Mckinsey & Company) will begin a new "Value-based Management" seminar series this week. The Seminars will cover four areas including Leadership, Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Industry. Dr. Beyer von Morgenstern will not only use his experiences as a management consultant, but will also apply Chinese cases during each seminar.

About Dr. Ingo Beyer von Morgenstern and Mckinsey & Company
Dr. Ingo Beyer von Morgenstern is a director who leads McKinsey & Company's high tech practice in Asia.
Last year, Tsinghua SEM and Mckiney & Company, under the direction of Dr. Beyer von Morgenstern released the first part of a joint study on China's high-tech firms entitled "Key Factors for the Success of China's Leading High-tech Firms." The report gives an in-depth analysis on the current situation and development trend of China's high-tech industry, as well as the productivity and the profit margin of the country's high-tech firms. The report included data from more than 50 thousand companies across 11 sub-sectors in China's high tech industry. Challenges and opportunities for Chinese high-tech firms to go global were also discussed in the report.
The study is currently conducted by the National Center for Economic Research, Mckiney&Company, and Tsinghua Alumni Association. The final report is planned to be fully accomplished in June next year.
