Every year, Tsinghua receives a number of impressive companies that recruit MBA students.  One important recruiter is BP, who has been coming to Tsinghua University for the past couple of years.  It is important to note that this is BP's only stop in China to recruit for its Global Management MBA Program.  Prior to coming to Tsinghua, they come from other reputable schools, such as Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Chicago, Kellogg, London Business School, and INSEAD.  During their recruitment session, BP executives inform students what it is like to work at BP and what types of jobs MBA students can expect to do. 

The Global Management MBA Program will recruit 10-15 interns for next summer.  In addition to informing students about BP's company, recruiters also gave two presentations on tips for students that advance to the interviewing rounds. The presentations consisted of how to master the competency interview as well as a case study interview.  During the interview, students volunteered to answer typical interview questions in front of there peers. 

Tsinghua students greatly value the relationship between BP and Tsinghua University and look forward to the recruitment process.
