The above was the advertisement slogan of Ienovo Star lecture hosted by Tsinghua MBA Entrepreneurship & Investment Club. These simple questions attracted more than 60 enthusiasts for entrepreneurship and investment.
The lecturers were Mr. Lu Gang president of Ienovo Star, and Mr. Wang Mingyao vice president of Ienovo Star investment who were both MBA graduates of School of Economics and Management. As celebrities and senior schoolmates of MBA students at the lecture, they brought an excellent lecture with practical contents and the interaction with students was very successful.
Mr. Lu Gang joined Ienovo Shareholding Company in 2004 to be in charge of investment and management. From 2007, Mr. Lu started the direct investment business as a senior investment manager. He participated in and led several important investment projects. From the end of 2009, Mr. Lu was transferred to Ienovo Star under the control of Ienovo Shareholding and began to preside over the Angel Investment. He led a professional team of Angel Investment in charge of 400 million yuan “Angel Fund of Ienovo Star”. At the same time, the investment team of Ienovo Star took charge of a fund in mobile and internet domain——Happy Fund, for which the 1st phase involved 100 million RMB.
With rich experience in investment, Mr. Wang Mingyao is vice president of Ienovo Star investment. He once worked as the marketing manager of Da Cheng Fund Management Co., Ltd., senior vice president of Zero2IPO Group and partner of Jiufan Investment Consulting (Beijing ) Co., Ltd.. He joined Ienovo in 2010.
The two lecturers had an unreserved share of personal experiences with students which benefited MBA students a lot. After the conclusion of this lecture, many students stayed in the room to continue their discussion with lecturers. Ienovo Star had a good tradition of cooperating with Tsinghua and would like to organize more and better activities for students in collaboration with Entrepreneurship & Investment .
