Since the completion of “China MBA Faculty Resources Development and Schooling Ability Building Plan” Phase I, to assist more universities and colleges to improve faculty resources and schooling ability, China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee (“CNMESC”), Singapore Temasek Fund and Western China Human Resources Development Foundation launched Phase II of this project. According to CNMESC’s arrangement, the assisted universities interconnected to Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management are Heibei Industrial University and Zhengzhou University.
On Nov. 26 and Dec. 23, 2011, the project team members including the deputy dean of School of Economics and Management Mr. Chen Guoqing, deanassistant Mr. Gao Jian, administrative deputy director of MBA Education Center Ms. Mao Donghui and supervisor of Educational Department of MBA Education Center Mr. Qin Wen went to Heibei Industrial University and Zhengzhou University respectively to investigate the needs and demand of MBA programs. Both parties had a further discussion about organization and management, faculty training, schooling guidance, communication as well as expanded contents and formed a final implementation plan.

The deputy dean of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management Mr. Cheng Guoqing officially signed the project implementation scheme agreement separately with dean of Management Institute of Heibei Industrial University Mr. Wang Yunfeng and dean of Business School of Zhengzhou University Mr. Gao Youcai on behalf their colleges.
The deputy dean Mr. Cheng Guoqing said the implementation of this project is “meaningful, influential and valuable”. During the next 3 years of cooperation,Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management will help the above-mentioned 2 universities in the training of 15 MBA teachers, select 5 teachers of rich teaching experience and send them to cooperation universities for model education. The first group of teachers of these two cooperation universities will come to Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management for advanced studies this Spring semester and carry out the development of educational cases at the same time.
