You may have noticed that the 8th edition of CHINICT – the largest conference on China tech innovation & entrepreneurship – is coming up soon! (Beijing, Tsinghua Science Park, May 24th & 25th)
China is becoming bigger than Silicon Valley, both as a hotbed giving birth to innovations of global impact & as a magnet attracting entrepreneurs coming from all over the world. Since 2005, CHINICT has been showcasing this silent yet on-going revolution for the world to see.
The CHINICT conference will sell out, as it did for the past 5 years, but we understand that some people just can’t afford the ticket price, plus travel if you don’t live in or near Beijing. So today we’re giving out up to ten free tickets to the conference. That’s over $12,000 worth of tickets that we can give away thanks to our sponsors.
There are two ways to secure a ticket:
Twitter/Weibo method:
Follow us on either Twitter (http://twitter.com/chinict) or Weibo (http://weibo.com/chinict) and then tweet out the answer to “why do you want to attend CHINICT?” Be sure to include the hash tag #CHINICT so that we may confirm your entry!
Once that is done, make sure to tweet the following to your followers: “The 8th @CHINICT conference will take place on May 24th & 25th in #Beijing, #China. I hope to see you there! #CHINICT”.
The best 5 responses will receive tickets to CHINICT! If you win, we will direct message you with instructions on how to claim your ticket!
Facebook method:
Like our Facebook page at http://facebook.com/chinict. Then post on our wall a picture or image which represents China’s technology and entrepreneurship to you.
We will then ask the people who have liked our page to vote on the winners by liking their favorite pictures/images. You are welcome to encourage your friends to like your submission after they have liked our page.
Using a combination score between the amounts of likes your picture has and our objective evaluation, we will provide the top 5 submissions with tickets to CHINICT! If you win, we will message your Facebook account with instructions on how to claim your ticket.
The contest will run until May 22nd at Midnight, China Standard Time, or until we run out of tickets allocated for this promotion. Tickets will be award as qualified entries roll in. Anyone in the world is eligible to enter, but must provide their own accommodations in Beijing.
